OVERVIEW & CHALLENGES

The construction field is highly competitive. Construction companies around the world are bidding on jobs to compete with each other. We were introduced to a construction company that wanted to optimize its PPC budget and decrease costs. They believed they were not maximizing their budget with the amount of leads coming in. They paused several campaigns to trim the budget before seeking our services. This company offers services for commercial building, roofing, and various other subsets of the industry. Our goal was to increase quality leads and help grow their pipeline while keeping costs low.

STRATEGY

We recommended implementing a campaign to generate content leads. Initially, there were about 50 leads coming in every week from the campaign. The strategy of trimming the budget quickly turned as a result, as the leads continued to grow with the optimization of the campaign. The construction company launched a video campaign, which became a lead generator from online submission requests and phone leads. The video campaign also served as a major branding presence for the company. We also streamlined leads by targeting the video campaign to each of the services they offered. We increased the budgets to accommodate these changes as business increased and the leads kept rising. We remained in the same geographical locations; However, the optimized campaigns produced better
results, which allowed us to increase spend and generate more leads.

RESULTS

After the first week of taking over their PPC account, conversions rose 130% per week on average. After we fully implemented new strategies and optimized the account, conversions grew to 220% a week over the prior average. Our PPC efforts resulted in the construction company landing multiple contracts with one of the largest casino and entertainment companies in the United States. Today, the construction company has had to increase their personnel by 150% just to handle the uptick in new business.

In conclusion, we have seen the dramatic turnaround of PPC traffic and pipeline growth for this company, making them more profitable on their Google spend, and keeping business on the rise.
